On March 12, 2020, 3 days before the first lockdown in the Philippines brought about by COVID-19, Elizha Corpus released the first publicly available and free learning session on Working in Our Virtual World.
This series of workshops was created to provide guidance to leaders and employees so that the seeds of psychological safety and culture transformation may be planted as they engaged in what might have been the biggest transformation any organization has had to undergo in recent years.
Since then, ECC has worked with companies of all sizes and from various industries to create the kind of organizational culture and work environment that they desire. Some of our clients include ADB (Asian Development Bank), Perfetti van Melle, ASEAN-CGIAR, ASEAN SOGIE Caucus, Keywords Studios, Boldr, BPI MS, NutriAsia, Merck, UP College of Medicine, Makati Medical Center, Lamudi, PwC, Meralco, just to name a few.
After graduating from UP Diliman with a degree in Psychology, she moved to the US to pursue her Master’s in Human Resources & Labor Relations at Michigan State University.
In 2016, she took a full-time role with Microsoft based in Seattle, USA. There, she was part of the Global Learning & Development team that delivered programs for 130,000 employees all over the world. She supported the company’s culture transformation and experienced how organizations can contribute to creating environments that promote empathy, learning, and inclusion.

In 2018, she decided to continue working on her purpose but in the country she calls home – the Philippines. Currently, she has her own Consulting firm, Elizha Corpus Consulting, where they focus on partnering with organizations towards culture transformation; building capability of individuals, teams, and leaders; and creating opportunities for empowerment towards making a positive impact on society.
